Sugar free glaze? Any recipes on a sugar free hard glaze for cookies?
ETA. I have been doing some research; and it seems like many of my competitors are using High Fructose and egg whites. I assume that has to have other things added to it like yogart or carob. Any idea on proportions?
It is funny that they also advertise "no sugar added"
ETA:
I am really looking for something that has little or no flavor. I just need something that I can use like a cookie glaze and add food coloring to it and it will set hard.
