Hello Everyone!

This is the second time I made Oatmeal raisin cookies and I taste the baking soda? Should I add less or try a different approach such as Baking Powder?

As for your cookies: it would be most helpful if you would post your complete recipe. That way we can see if there's something wrong with it or a better way to go about it. Baking powder and baking soda act differently in recipes, so it's best to see it before suggesting solutions.
