Does anyone know how Pastry Art has changed through time?
i'm writting a report about modern pastry art and classical pastry art, but the search engines only come up with pastry schools. i need help, thanks for taking the time to read
Try typing in the phrase you used, "how pastry art has changed over time". Try several search engines. The new one, www.bing.com, may be more user-friendly for you. We have a search tool here as well.
(A heads-up:The culinary instructors here aren't fond of students trying get others to do their homework. I'm an old teacher myself (secondary schools) and I can agree with them. )

one thing that might help you is trying to look up the history. it may go farther back then you want. but it will also give you info about what you need to look from there. if not..... well then sorry about wasing your time lol.
i love eating pastries. i must confess i have a sweet tooth and desserts are what i look forward to in ever meal. but i never gave a thought of how they change over the years. glad to have read informative insights here!
