Default baking question

hi guys need help on baking, i only have one time to impress this person ( a chef ) about my cooking and baking skill. what do you think i should make for him( cake/ pastry and cooking too ) to make a long lasting impression???!!!

ps: i should make 1 cake/ pastry and 1 cooking dish, help???!!!
