where can i buy boxes for cupcakes?
Where can I buy boxes to transport 200 cupcakes to a wedding site? And what is the best way to transport them without messing up the frosting?

Any restaurant supply store should carry bakery boxes.
I'd transport them in 1/4-1/2 slab cake boxes. I'd also bring a little tool kit with decorating supplies and additional frosting in case I needed to do touch ups on site.
