| Hi everyone, I am interested in starting a pizzeria/bar, something like you would find throughout most of Italy. I am researching the best or most authentic styles of wood burning brick ovens with which to use. Are there any resources I could use to help expidite my search? GRAZIE!!! |

| ...here is a link to the best wood burning brick ovens: Alan Scott Personally, I do not think there is anyone more qualified than Alan Scott when it comes to designing and building wood burning ovens (he's even got one in his backyard that he uses daily). But, on the off chance that your research uncovers other viable resources, please post them. Thanks. flash
