| Hello everyone, I am doing some research on bread making and PKU. I dont know if anyone has some specific data or ideas to help me get started. I am looking into this to see if anything food related has really ever been done and I am curious to know more about the proteins and amino acids and the effect that this may have on people with PKU and other illnesses like it. Thanks for your help. |
