| I also like Alice Medrich's recipe for Chocolate Chip cookies which calls for 1 teaspoon baking soda for 2 1/4 cups of flour. It also calls for granulated sugar and brown sugar. She uses melted butter instead of creaming it but her mixture must be refrigerated for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Works every time with rave reviews. ![]()
