| issac, go to your local purvayor for a price list. paris gourmet or patis france, sysco, dairyland, h.wills, any number of restaurant supply companies can help you out. don't by off the web if you are being serviced by a supply co.

| ps you can get cocoa noel from patis france for around 2.50 per lb and it is great chocolate to work with.
