Scottish saying needed for cake?

A Scottish organization is having a party for the retirement of their chief. I need to provide a cake.

What can I put on the cake? I'd like something besides the usual, "Thanks Jim for all your hard work. From all of us". Something in Scottish or Gaelic would be nice, but I have no idea except Salainte! which means something like Cheers.

Any suggestons?

I don't know any Gaelic and I can't remember old Scottish sayings. (I think this is a slightly sad posting for me.)
You might try, "For Auld Lang Syne" as in the Burns poem/song. Litterally it means "For the old days" but in this context (as in the poem) it means "With fond memories of the time we have had together".
