Talking Thank You notes

As business owners, do you send thank you notes to people who have helped you network? Given you encouragement, been an insparation? Helped you book a job?
Not just an e-mail or phone call either. I know it sounds very Miss Manners but I think it is a nice touch.

Each and every time!!! I also send a care package around New Years to those who have consistently sent me business (caterers, etc.). It is always something tasty and beautiful to promote myself, of course.

in the mail order division of my business, we send out gifts to our good customers - not only do they appreciate our appreciation, but they see how our packages arrive and how nice it is to receive a package-
