| If you can boil it, you can ganach it! any edible liquid that can be boiled or added to boiled cream, coffee, fruit juice etc.... can be poured into chocolate to create ganache. let us know how it turns out!!!

| Yup, you sure can. I use soy milk to make my vegan truffles, ganache covered cakes, etc. Since it's thinner than cream, (almost water like), I just reduce the amount of liquid a bit. If this actually posts, I will be so amazed. I'm still having problems with not being able to post! |
