I think my wife is the same way. It's pasta and sauce. Sometimes chicken. Throw in some Wendy's and we have a weeks worth of meals. ;)
That sounds very exciting. I hope that I will be lucky enough to find a job in a similar situation. It seems like you are in a good position to both learn and get some great experience.
