I often make up a spinach or basil pesto and simply toss through pasta with some shredded cooked chicken. Quick, simple and very tasty.

It sounds nice but what do you do with it? Flavour soups? A dip for pitta bread? Spread on Bruschetta?
I mix equal parts light mayo and ketchup. Then a spoon of Dijon, some black pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Mix thoroughly and spread on toasted bun.
I think they are talking about contrasting texture rather than purely texture alone.
