Thanks Kuan and chiffonade... It seems the third time was the charm for you :). My daughter is only 20, so very young, but hopefully things will work out fine. The wedding was very nice, but very hot...it was 93 deg outside...
I'm a basket-case tonight. Not me...my daughter is getting married tomorrow (Saturday) Anyone else go through this experience? I'm nibbling on cheddar and apples and trying to stay calm :eek:

Thanks for all the ideas :) When I had it in the restaurant it was grilled w/a ginger-citrus teriyaki sauce & served w/pineapple mango salsa :lips: I really like mild fish, so this was a pleasant surprise...I think it will...

I love ginger...I keep fresh gingerroot frozen to grate in oriental dishes.
