I use the US Foodservice progam and it is great at least for me. I have all the info at my finger tips and can place my order at any time which is great. I still see a salesperson who follows up brings new items, specials and the like....
In my years in the kitchen I have had both the pleasure and disgust to work w/ many grads from both J & W and CIA. It all boils done to the student themselves. The last bad apple so to speak that I had I sent to the dishroom to work...
