No question -- pot holders are critical. Most of the ones I have seen are just too small to be adequate in a seaway, particularly if you are using a tall pot. On which note, again little stuff, you should have a good set of pressure...

Just don't do it. In addition to the issues discussed earlier, it will end up on the silverware when the diner puts it down and then on fingers and makes the guest/customer/whatever feel unpleasant.
Thank you also. I'm planning to start with broccoli, radish, and alfafa. Does that seem sensible? The idea is to grow sprouts for salads and sandwiches.
