Friends/Local Restaurant Owners threw a pig roast yesterday at a farm in an old barn that was relocated from Canada to NJ.  
Local 'European Provisions' place a block away makes em...don't know what they put in them, and don't care, they are great.   That and if i had to pick a 'package', Best's in Newark NJ
NJ's Porkroll Egg & Cheese on a hardroll. (not a 'hard' roll)

Thanks guys, I didn't want to put it 'in' the pit as I thought it wouldn't get hot enough because I didn't have enough air/oxygen to it underneath, I guess I was wrong.
