I was tryed lot of solution to prepare a mouse,everyone is too liquid,i want to be hard. . . for example i "cook" yolks in sugar and water until 80 C,beat them and mix with melted white chocolate and whiped cream,i respect all...
I need some help about white chocolate mousse... i have a few recipes of white chocolate mousse,but everyone when i prepare it was too liquid...if somebody can tell me what to do to been better consistence? Thank you !
Bread is very good,i dont know maybe you want to prepare it with fat crust,cause look he got it. If you want to make with thin crust preheat the oven just for 20-25 C more and put more humidity in the oven...By the way looking nicely ...
You can prepare "Baba" it is clasical Italian dessert from Napoli... you can also prepare "fondante ciocolate" ,semi fredo or something like that...
