I would never wear a watch at work. First of all I remember taking a course to get my Food Safe certificate and they recommend not wearing a watch so there's that. I think they say people are less likely to wash their hands properly...

You should also check the laws in your city. It is illegal to sell food made at home in many places but this varies from city to city.
