I received two more Ikkanshi's today. A gyuto and a Suji. F&F is just as perfect as the petty. I see no reason not to order direct. All went very fast and smooth.

I have seen some tuna rolls that get breaded in panko and flash fried but the inside is still perfectly rare. They have to be served immediately so you get that crunchy-smooth and...
