On my show I do many kinds of dishes. Its a 30 min. show no retakes I get one shot at it and if anything burns or so on the viewers get to see it all. Some of the dishes I have done are. Salisbury Steak Bar B Que Shrimp, Teriyaki...

I am glad I found your forum. I am a guy that loves to cook, had my own Rest. and am now doing a cooking show here in Dayton on public TV. I think I can learn a lot from all off you. Thanks for letting me be here. Oh the name of my show...
