You will need to pound the lemongrass to release the flavours. Traditionally this is done with a pestle & mortar.
Visually a Gastropub strikes up the image of a nice country pub set in good surroundings, serving 'better than average' pub food.

yes I agree- try and keep the ingredients as natural as possible, then you have an idea of what you're eating :smiles:
Would love to go somewhere new and exciting and experience new culinary delights! Doesn't matter where it is as long as I'm experiencing and learning something new.
I love knocking up some traditional Thai curries - always goes down a storm :)
