I'm picking up lobsters for dinner tonight and would appreciate suggestions on what to serve with them. Stores are open, lots of variety of produce, etc, no allergies or major dislikes in the crowd.....I'm just tired of the same old...
So nice to see Pellaprat mentioned. When I was in cooking school so many years ago it was my bible. Lost it in one of my many many moves and now that I have been reminded of it must replace it.

Allie - over the years I burned out the Black and Decker and several other inexpensive processors. I finally bit the bullet and bought a Cuisenart that is now going on 20 years of almost daily use with no breakdowns or problems. Well...

I would go to a tile and flooring place and buy a large marble tile - definitely cheaper than buying through a kitchen supply source.
I ended up making a second batch with canola oil, then mixing in half the olive oil mayo - tasted great. Whipped up some cream and added oilive oil mayo - really good. Have about a 1/4 cup left of the oo mayo - still haven't decided...
