I agree on the poor service. Even more so, I don't tip if the service was poor. Then some idiot takes offense and expects the tips as some sort of entitlement.
I don't like watching it. I like watching Kitchen Knightmares. It makes me look at interesting places and how they suck at running it. :p
I would love to see the different recipes that you use and swear by and if you make your pasta at home (or like we do in the restaurant) Its a simple dish, but can be so diverse at the same time. :lol:

Interesting. I believe the new restaurant I am at HAD booking upto last Christmas, but dropped it as they figured out they could make more money by walkins (they are a very busy fine dining restaurant)
