How can one melt 7oz of baking chocolate with 5 tablespoons of coffee without the chocolate seizing? :confused:
The recipe says to melt 7oz of good semi-sweet baking chocolate with 4 tablespoons strong coffee. How can I do this without the chocolate seizing. I've seen chocolate melted with lots of liquid but not with just 4 tablespoons. Each time I try it seizes. Thanks.
