Does anyone know if there are any schools in the Hong Kong area specializing in pastry/baking?

I have the same question as you. Am currently attending culinary school in Los Angeles, but thinking about going to China and wondering if there are any schools in the Guanzhou/Hong Kong area. Any information would be helpful. Thanks. :)
