When it comes to Asian food, I also get reminded of Indian cusine! Does anyone have any idea of culinary experts in that field?

Now that a real funny rule! Never heard of anythin like that here in HK..!
The time zones really confuse me out.. I work in Hong Kong and it would be mostly noon when its midnight in the US. So, most of the posts I make are when the peeps in America are fast asleep!
