I made grilled vegetable ravioli the other day and now I have no idea what type of sauce to pair it with. For some reason a creamy sauce comes to mind but that might be too heavy for the dish. Any ideas?
what about temperature? I have a feeling this place I'm rnting will be chilly in the winter. Do the herbs need warmth all the time?   Also, how do the scallions do in containers?

it was the eggs. I did the float method they were fine but they werw watery so I went 2 eggs less and it was perfect!!  thank you for the input!!!
