I have a Wusthof Grand Prix II which has served me pretty well. 

We don't eat out a lot.  The spousal unit actually prefers my cooking.  About the only time we go out is when we want sushi.

We have friends from Seattle who come visit us every other year for the food I prepare.  Now you have to understand that we live in the greater DC area, so that a wee bit of a trek.
