You can order gluten-free mixes from King Arthur Flour at http://www.bakerscatalogue.com Just do a search for gluten-free. Don't know how good they are.
I'm a big fan of pie crusts that use sour cream in the dough.
I think you're on to something Phoebe...maybe mallownutter since it's a fluffernutter without the fluff. I may also contact the manufacturer to see if they are uptight about using that word. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
For the heck of it, I did a trademark search and, sure enough, it was registered on 9/29/98. I guess they didn't want to change their packaging from the © to the ®. I suppose I'm sunk. Any cool ideas for a name?
