Your idea in draining fried food is great. At home whenever I drained food stuff especially chicken, I use to drained it in a strainer. The plastic circle one. I put the food then and hang for a few minutes before frying. :)
The recipe for your Consomme is easy to follow and all the ingredients here are easy to find to at the store. I can try this at home tonight. I wanted to know the taste of this soup you made. Thanks for sharing your recipe here.:suprise:
For me I cook rice for about 30 minutes... I was wondering what would be the taste of the no cook rice did you mention here...I'm interested on how they prepare it. Thanks for sharing!
