I like Safflower oil, personally.
I like to use mozza as a base, for the gooeyness, and either a smoked cheddar or oka for the bigger flavour.

Yorkshire puddings are always one of my favorite food memories... My mom would make them on rare occasion, and they were always delicious, and VERY more-ish!I think I'm going to have to try this... Your thread is very inspiring!
All I know about Ostrich eggs is that they're big. :)
