Thanks everyone. I think where I messed up was not letting the dough to rest long enough between turns. I also was making duble fold next time I think I will try signel turns
Thanks Coffekitten I made them from myself. I gave them 3 turn the final turn being the turn I turn I used to cut them out. I did notice on the second turn the butter was leaking thru Thanks again Hendel
I made a batch of crossaints and they were swimming in butter. I think the problem might be that I didn't roll the dough out thin enough. Dose anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Hendel
