have been thinking this might be a good combination.not a baker by any stretch of the imagination .any suggestions ?
should i mix the cream cheese like i would to make cheesecake and blend it to gether? i just want to avoid a baking...
i am making a cream cheese frosting and i think i added too much milk because it came out kind of thin. any hints on how i can thicken it up so its more like frosting and less like sauce ?

a friend i work with wants a red velvet cake for her birthday and it has fallen to me the be the baker .i could use a recipe and any helpful baker hints that anyone could give .
