Hello, I'm new to this forum I have recently been on chef2chef but I have noticed there is many more people on cheftalk. Anyways, I am going to be in a culinary arts program at my local college in September. Just looking for knowledge and tips and I will try do a lot more of reading opposed to thread starting!
