There's no CIA campus in Chicago. The two campuses are in Hyde Park, NY and in Napa Valley, CA.
To be honest man, they actually put in a really nice multi-level waterfall on the "back"-side of it that's towards Roth Hall. It looks really good, I must say, though a little out of place.
The chef teaching the class I am currently taking at school (the CIA) just passed his master chef exam. In fact, our class just purchased a bottle of Moet for him as a congratulatory gift!

White Plains and West Nyack are both about 70 miles away. Westbury is a good bit further away. I worked as a cook in restaurants for a few years before heading up here.
None work great, but I've not heard that one works better than any other. I have Verizon and get service in most places on campus.
