well try this one.. cream 35% fat   1litre sugar     150 g cocoa powder    150 g gelatin   7 leaves   heat the cream then add the cocoa powder and sugar which you should mix together then add the gelatin leaves. then let cool till the consistency that you need  
hey thanks, this recipe works. i tried in the oil and it was good but the problem that i was facing was to remove the oil completely from the spheres. then i tried it with cold sugar syrup + raspberry puree, it works fantastic.  
where the flour is kept is a very important thing because the flour absorbs humidity and heat also. these temperature matters in your recipes and can alter results. keep it in a clean, aerated and away from heat (room temperature is perfect).
plz can anyone give me a good recipe for raspberry agar agar caviar
