Cobbler is a great buffet dessert. Can be put in small ramekins individually, or on the buffet as a hot dessert. Cream puffs for a plated dessert are nice. Good luck on your chore!
At our restaurant this is the best selling chocolate cake! It is a great dense chocolate cake. We bake it in a 9x13x2...at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
I have a muffin recipe I love but it was just a "tad" too dry for my liking. I added a 1/2 cup of sour cream to the recipe...no other changes. Made a world of difference!

Is it perhaps "cointreau" ? That is an orange flavored liqueur.
