Recently at one of my favorite restaurants, the cork broke on the bottle as the server was opening it. It was obviously dried out and a sign the wine wasn't stored properly. The server decanted the wine and had us taste it.  We refused the bottle. It was not good.  The manager came over with a second bottle and said that if she opened it we had to accept it because she couldn't afford to have us keep refusing wine. Really?
