Hi, i have a question, i really want to be a pastry chef but people are telling me there is no scope in south Africa and no money. I would love to hear from other pastry chef's please.
Hi all   So I am not a qualified chef as yet, but I want to study to become a pastry chef soon.   So I have some concerns though, about how your body is affected by all the long hours standing on your feet, sure it leads so certain ailments down the road?   bad blood circulation? Muscle pains? varicose veins?
Hi Everyone I am so glad to be a part of this as I am currently a lawyer by profession but am hoping to change that to pastry chef.   I love making sweet and decadent desserts. Right now only my family and friends get to enjoy it but I am hoping to change that in the near future.
