I baked a greek yogurt cheesecake after having some that my neighbor made. Hers was divine.   Mine is a doorstop. A heavy, under-two-inches-tall doorstop. It didn't ask for a water bath, so I didn't do one. My oven had some kind of malfunction and lost temp halfway through, but I baked a little longer, and it looked normal when I took it out. Well, maybe not great. It was a little flat, but passable. It has cooled to a heavy little disk.   Any help much...
