Thanks Doug for the reply. I do the biscuits and grave and everyone loves them. Last year I did moose stew, about 10 gallons and they were scrapping the pot. I live in the plains of Montana and once a year I cook for 30 people for the Custer Battle Reenactment. I am looking for recipes that can be done in a less than ideal conditions. My BEL consist of a BBQ grill, 4 foot propane grill and various camp stoves. We dry camp for 5 days and no electricity  except for generators.
