Hi, I'm new here and my big question is how to know if cooking/baking is right for me.  I am 16 years old and have about 2 years cooking experience in a soup kitchen.  Recently I've been interested in cooking and baking as a career because it's really the only job that makes sense to me.. (Only thing I'm good at really).  I visited the CIA and loved the school but obviously school is not the real world.  Please give me any input or advice you have.  Thanks
