I really appreciate the sarcasm. Just have a lot on my plate with a full time job and going to school and I definitely know that doing that is probably the norm in this industry, I just let this one slip through. 
   I am currently a culinary student and I have procrastinated on interviewing a chef for my project that is due at 10:15 am today. Please help if you can! I have the questions already ready!
