Thanks for a warm welcome :)   Unfortunately I have very little knowledge of japanese cuisine, as there is hardly any place in this region one can get in contact with that part of their culture. Hi all,   I stumbled upon this forum by searching things about japanese knives/steel forging.   Cooking is my hobby and I practice it as often as I can, but being a programmer, that's not very often thus far.   Well, hote to learn much from all of you, and if possible help/teach someone if needed :)
