Another option.
Stir freshly minced dill and some lemon juice into yoghurt. This is a simple, high speed, you've-probably-got-it-all-in-your-fridge-anyway operation.
The only hard part is coming up with a cool-sounding name for...
Foi gras? Pate? Kobe beef? Toro? Caviar?
All sorts of wonderful, soft foods without having to think about anything that might be found in a small jar labeled Gerbers.
