I've got a few Cutco's and I LOVE them!! As stated in above posts, they DO hold an edge well and any other knives I look at, I always compare them to my Cutco's.

my two favorits are Garlic and Cilantro. I LOVE the flavor of Garlic (keeps the vampires away too :D) but Cilantro.... WOW!!! I just LOVE the aroma left on my fingers after i've been chopping Cilantro.
I gotta agree with one of the above posters. I was actually kinda rooting for Julia, but after she got kicked off, i was rooting for Jen. I think Jen would've made a MUCH better chef than Rock. I don't like Rock's attitude. Rock...
i'm not talking about just jerky. If you look through my blog (my recipe file, for the most part), EVERYTHING is spicy and bold! I kinda want to experiment in subtle flavors, but i'm not quite sure HOW..
