I do not have much information on Canada, just one bit of contact info:This center has a shared kitchen for small food processors. I am gathering more information and will post it as soon as I can verify that the kitchens are certified and licensed. These folks might be able to help however.

Hello, I am starting an online business and need a kitchen to prepare my dough. I may need some small starage space and some space in the freezer for 24 hrs following my preparation. There are other websites that offer this information but before you do business with anyone, Caveat emptor, or "Let the buyer beware." I was a home-based baker and caterer for many years and learned the hard way that some facilities are not what they are cracked up to be
