Default Rent kitchen in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley

Hi,

I'm new in this forum, just like in the catering business (here in California).
I'm looking for a kitchen to rent with permits.
I have a kitchen (friend of mine owns the restaurant) but when i applied for the license at the health department, they said: I can’t do it, cant get shared facilities license, just for identical business not for mix.
That’s a totally BS but what can I do?

So I need a kitchen where I can cook 2-3 hours daily, 2-3 times a week.
Any advice appreciated.
Thank you.
Varia

Default Kitchen in Pasadena

There is a kitchen that is used by other caterers in Pasadena. I can't remember the name but do a search online. It's a commercial Kitchen for about $35.00 an hour.
